Michael Becker

Michael Becker is Faculty Emeritus at the University of San Francisco's School of Management, where he taught courses on law, ethics, and legal systems affecting organizations. A PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University and JD from University of San Francisco, he practiced law for over 20 years while teaching at USF since 1975.

His research examines legal topics including parental rights in guardianship hearings and due process rights. He remains active with the California Bar Association, performing pro-bono work through the Contra Costa Bar Association's Modest Means Panel, for which he received recognition.
