Michael Baudis is a Professor of Bioinformatics and Tumorgenomics at the Institute of Molecular Biology, Faculty of Science, University of Zurich. He leads the development of the Progenetix database, a global reference for cancer genomic copy number alterations, and contributes to international standards through his membership in the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH).
