Miao He

Miao He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Texas Tech University, affiliated with the Whitacre College of Engineering. Her research focuses on cyber-physical power systems, secure smart grids, renewable energy integration, and dynamic security assessment using PMU measurements.
