Mi-Yeon Kim

Dr. Mi-Yeon Kim is a Professor in the School of Nursing at Trinity Western University (TWU), Canada. She holds a PhD in Nursing from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and has extensive experience in critical care nursing, particularly in cardiovascular specialties. Her research focuses on psychosocial factors influencing chronic illness management, emphasizing coping strategies, social support, and psychological distress in adults with congenital heart disease. Dr. Kim’s work employs advanced quantitative methodologies including structural equation modeling and multivariate statistics.
