Miłosz Gapsa serves as a Researcher and teaching employee at the Department of European Constitutional Law within the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. He maintains active research duties while pursuing his doctoral studies.

His research focuses on peaceful resolution of international disputes and international procedural law, with particular emphasis on provisional measures in interstate proceedings. Gapsa participates in Directed Studies at the Hague Academy of International Law (2024) and holds advanced language certifications: CAE (English), DALF C1 (French), and DELE C1 (Spanish).

Gapsa directs the NCN Preludium 22 research project "The Effectiveness of Interim Measures in Interstate Disputes" (2023/49/N/HS5/03210) and contributes to NCN Sonata 17 "International Case Law in National Courts" (2021/43/D/HS5/00674). He will serve as a visiting PhD researcher at the University of Cambridge (2025) and Université catholique de Louvain (2024/2025 winter semester). As a member of the Faculty Election Committee (2023-2025), he actively participates in university governance.
