Mespiti Poolsavasdi

Mespiti Poolsavasdi is a Lecturer in Law at Thammasat University (Thailand), currently on study leave to pursue a PhD at Queen Mary University of London's Centre for Commercial Law Studies. His research examines the development of copyright law within Thai film culture, challenging dominant Western-centric frameworks. He holds an LLB (Hons) from Thammasat University and an LLM from the University of Edinburgh. Supervised by Professors Johanna Gibson and Jonathan Griffiths, his work bridges legal scholarship with cultural analysis.
