Merlise Clyde

Merlise Clyde is Professor and Chair of Statistical Science at Duke University. Her research focuses on Bayesian model uncertainty, variable selection, and applications in genomics and environmental science. She develops R packages like BAS for Bayesian modeling.

Research: Bayesian model averaging, non-parametric regression, and high-dimensional data analysis with applications in proteomics and health sciences.
