Merih Uslu

Merih Uslu is a Research Fellow at the University of Windsor, focusing on water treatment technologies. Her research involves laboratory-scale batch reactors to study ozone-based advanced oxidation processes for removing contaminants from water samples collected from the Detroit River.

In collaboration with researchers Nihar Biswas, Saad Jasim, and Rajesh Seth, she contributes to projects addressing toxic algae issues that threaten drinking water quality and aquatic ecosystems. This work aims to provide practical solutions for local municipalities grappling with water contamination challenges.
