Meridith Joyce is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wyoming, jointly appointed in the School of Computing and the Department of Physics & Astronomy within the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Physics and Astronomy from Dartmouth College (2018) and B.Sc. degrees in Mathematics and Physics from Bucknell University (2013).
Her research focuses on computational stellar astrophysics, including stellar structure and evolution, asteroseismology, and precision modeling using the MESA software. She has led international collaborations, including work at the Konkoly Observatory (Budapest) under a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship.
