Meredith Mannix

Meredith Mannix is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Nutrition and Family Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) and serves as the Dietetics and Nutrition Therapy Graduate Program Coordinator. She holds a BS in Nutrition (Dietetics) from Texas Woman’s University and a MS in Nutrition from UCA. Her research interests focus on Child Nutrition.

Prior to her current role, she worked for the Child Nutrition Unit for 3.5 years, training Child Nutrition personnel. Meredith is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian (LD).

She is involved in academic program coordination, clinical instruction, and community nutrition education. Outside academia, she enjoys outdoor activities, baking, and spreadsheet management.
