Mengqi Shen

Mengqi Shen is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Data Science Institute, Columbia University. She collaborates with Professor Yading Yuan and clinicians Dr. Dawn Hershman and Dr. Meghna Trivedi to advance data science applications in cancer treatment and patient care. Her research focuses on explainable machine learning, healthcare monitoring systems, and leveraging large public health datasets.
