Melissa Gregg

Melissa Gregg is Associate Professor in Psychology, Career Counseling and Neuroscience at University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where she directs the Perception, Cognition and Neuroscience Laboratory.

Her research investigates sensory system plasticity, psychological mechanisms of natural scene perception, long-term environmental memory, and human-machine interface design. Current projects examine neural adaptation in visual processing and cognitive modeling of recognition memory.

Dr. Gregg mentors undergraduate researchers and develops experimental paradigms examining perceptual-cognitive interactions. Her work has applications in assistive technology design and educational neuroscience.
