Melissa Carson

Melissa Carson is a Clinical Instructor of Nursing at the School of Nursing, Pacific Lutheran University (PLU). She holds an MSN in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing (2020) and is pursuing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Women’s Health (Nurse Practitioner) at Duke University, expected completion in 2024. Her research interests focus on social and reproductive justice, maternal and infant health outcomes, and public health.
