Melih PINARCIOĞLU

Melih PINARCIOĞLU is a Professor at the Department of City and Regional Planning at Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, Turkey. He holds a B.Sc. in Management from METU, an M.Sc. in Regional Planning (RP) from METU, and a Ph.D. from University College London. His research focuses on Economic Development, Poverty Alleviation, Planning Theory, Political Geography, and Project Management.
