Melek Halifeoglu is an Associate Professor at Bingöl University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. She has been working at Bingöl University since 2018, after completing her integrated doctoral program at Hacettepe University between 2011-2018.
