Melanie Sloan

Melanie Sloan is a Senior Research Fellow and Head of the Long-Term Conditions Research Group at the Department of Public Health and Primary Care (PHPC), University of Cambridge. She has shared her research time and projects between Cambridge and the University of East Anglia (UEA) within the Health Sciences Faculty. Her work focuses on systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases, emphasizing patient-clinician interactions, equality of care, and patient involvement as equal collaborators in research.
