Melanie Randle is a Senior Professor of Marketing at the University of Wollongong’s Faculty of Business and Law, School of Business. She holds notable leadership roles, including serving as Dean of Researcher Development and Integrity (2021–2023), Associate Dean of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (2020–2021), and Chair of the Social Sciences Human Research Ethics Committee (2015–2017). Her research focuses on applying marketing strategies to drive societal improvements, particularly for vulnerable populations such as foster carers, people with disabilities, and older adults.
