Melania MINDROC serves as an Assistant Researcher at the Laboratory of Functional Nanostructures within the National Institute of Materials Physics.

Her research focuses on:

• Computational modeling of charge transfer mechanisms

Recent work demonstrates 82% Rhodamine-B degradation efficiency using V₂O₅/RGO nanocomposites under solar irradiation, significantly outperforming pure V₂O₅ (60%) through enhanced charge carrier dynamics and interfacial interactions.
