Mela Dutka

Mela Dutka is an Assistant Professor and Co-director of the EdD in Educational Leadership: Higher Education Leadership and Organizational Studies program. She has held senior student affairs leadership roles at Washington College, Smith College, and Columbia College, including Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students and Dean of Students positions.

• Focuses on enhancing the student college experience through strategic institutional change
• Active in national leadership roles within NASPA and ACPA
• Serves on the Board of Directors for Literacy Volunteers of South Central Massachusetts (LVSCM)
