Mehmet ÖZDEMİR

Prof. Mehmet ÖZDEMİR is a renowned academic in pharmacology and toxicology, currently serving as a full-time Professor at Karabük Üniversitesi's Faculty of Medicine (Tıp Fakültesi), Department of Internal Medicine (Dahili Tıp Bilimleri Bölümü). He holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology from Ankara Üniversitesi (2000) and has over 35 years of academic experience, including roles as Dean and Head of Department at multiple institutions such as Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi and Muğla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi.

His research focuses on pharmacology, toxicology, and environmental health, with notable work on aflatoxin exposure, antibiotic residues in food, and maternal-infant health.
