Prof. Dr. Mehmet GENÇ is a full-time Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Doğuş University, specializing in Public Law, European Union Law, and Human Rights. He has held significant administrative roles, including Dean of the Faculty of Law at Uludağ University (2006–2008) and Dean of the Faculty of Law at Doğuş University (2019–2022).
