Prof. Dr. Mehmet BALTALI, born in 1960 in Ankara, is a faculty member at Üsküdar University's Faculty of Medicine, Department of Cardiology. He graduated from St. Georg Austrian High School (1978) and the University of Vienna Faculty of Medicine (1987), earned a doctorate in Cardiology from Istanbul University Cardiology Institute (1998), and received his associate professorship and professorship at Başkent University and Üsküdar University respectively.
