About
Mehdi Abdollahi is a senior researcher at the Department of Food and Nutrition Science, Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. He is a member of the Food Working Group 1 and a fellow of LINXS, an international interdisciplinary research community focused on neutron and x-ray science. His research centers on alternative proteins and their texturization via extrusion and 3D printing, alongside innovations in biobased and active food packaging materials.
