Dr. Meghan Winters is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University (SFU). She holds a Ph.D. in Population and Public Health from the University of British Columbia (2011) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute. Her research focuses on the interplay between health, transportation systems, and urban design, with particular emphasis on cycling safety, pedestrian infrastructure, and equity in active transportation.
