Meghan Mihal

Professor Meghan Mihal is a faculty member in the School of Business at St. Thomas Aquinas College (STAC), where she has taught since 2009. She specializes in microeconomics, macroeconomics, global economics, and quantitative methods, emphasizing student engagement and mentorship. As an advisor for the Business Club, she organizes networking trips to Bloomberg and CNBC. Her research spans monetary policy impacts on Latin American economies, gender employment bias in popular culture, and pedagogical innovations like podcast-based teaching. Collaborations include co-authoring a paper on Bloomberg Terminal applications for the College Fed Challenge with Professor Rossen Trendafilov.

Education: Undergraduate degree from Albright College, graduate studies at Fordham University. Administrative leadership includes founding and chairing STAC's Faculty Senate to advocate student-centric policies. Personal interests include traveling to Chicago and Long Beach Island, NJ.
