Meghan Cartier

Meghan Cartier serves as an Instructor in the English Language Programs at Framingham State University, bringing 24 years of extensive experience teaching English to multilingual learners across kindergarten through 12th grade public schools and adult education settings for the past seven years. She concurrently holds a full-time educator position with Marlborough Public Schools.

Her academic foundation includes:

• CAGS in Educational Leadership from Salem State University
