Dr Megan Ross is a Research Fellow at the RECOVER Injury Research Centre, The University of Queensland. She leads research in telerehabilitation innovation and LGBTQIA+ healthcare equity. Her work spans digital health technologies, healthcare access for marginalized groups, and musculoskeletal disorders. Ross holds affiliations with multiple research centers including the Centre for Innovation in Pain and Health Research and the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health.
Education: B.Physiotherapy (First Class Honours, UQ 2012); PhD in Physiotherapy (UQ 2020). Leadership roles include inaugural Chair of Australian Physiotherapy Association's LGBTQIA+ Advisory Committee and Deputy Chair of their National Advisory Committee. She sits on the Queensland Gender Affirming Network Steering Committee.
