Dr Megan Lee is an Assistant Professor at Bond University's Faculty of Society & Design. With a PhD in Nutritional Psychiatry from Southern Cross University (2022) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Central Queensland University (2017), she focuses on diet-mental health interactions, body image, and academic well-being. She serves as Secretary of the International Society of Nutritional Psychiatry Research (ISNPR) and Chair of the 2025 Australasian Society for Behavioural Health and Medicine (ASBHM) conference.

Her research integrates health promotion, dietary patterns, and body image with recent work examining plant-based diets, postpartum intuitive eating, and occupational stress in academics. Publications include cross-sectional and systematic reviews, with keywords spanning nutrition, psychology, and social sciences.
Dr Lee supervises non-HDR students and collaborates on projects related to postpartum body image and academic mental health. She contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals through lifestyle medicine and mental health research, while maintaining adjunct roles at Southern Cross University until 2024.
