Meg Small

Meg Small serves as Director for Social Impact at the Prevention Research Center and Associate Research Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at The Pennsylvania State University. She additionally directs the Health and Human Development Design for Impact Lab (HUDDIL) and Design4Impact Incubator through the Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative.

Her leadership spans major initiatives including The Innovation Ecosystem Project, Venture Equity Project for entrepreneurs of color, PROSPER III substance use prevention, and Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center infrastructure.
