Meg Penrose

Meg Penrose is a Professor of Law at Texas A&M University School of Law. Her expertise spans Constitutional Law, Civil Rights, First Amendment, International Human Rights Law, and Criminal Procedure, with a focus on judicial processes and individual liberties. She has published extensively on topics such as the Fourth Amendment implications of police encounters, the impact of Obergefell v. Hodges, and challenges in NIL rights for collegiate athletes.
