Dr. Meaghan Goodman serves as Program Director and Assistant Professor in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Communication Sciences and Disorders at Maryville University's Walker College of Health Professions, directing the online Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program and providing clinical supervision in the university's Speech Language Pathology Clinic.
Her research focuses on pediatric dysphagia, child language development and disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), autism spectrum disorders, craniofacial anomalies, voice/fluency disorders, and interprofessional education, with strong emphasis on culturally responsive and identity-affirming clinical practices.
