Dr. Meaghan Coyle is a Post Doctoral Research Fellow in the School of Health Sciences at RMIT University. Her work focuses on evidence-based approaches in Chinese medicine, particularly in oncology, women's health, and respiratory/dermatological conditions. She has over 10 years of clinical acupuncture experience and extensive involvement in clinical trials.
Research interests include acupuncture efficacy, traditional herbal medicine applications, and systematic reviews in areas like endometriosis, COPD, and UTIs. She has authored a Cochrane review on moxibustion for breech presentation and published in journals such as *Complementary Therapies in Medicine* and *Integrative Cancer Therapies*.
Key projects include evaluating Chinese herbal medicine for chronic conditions and consensus-building on syndrome differentiation in early breast cancer. Teaching interests span clinical trials, women's health, and acupuncture methodologies.
