Meagan Baskin

Dr. Meagan Baskin is an Associate Professor of Management and Director of the Southwest Florida Leadership Institute at Florida Gulf Coast University's Lutgert College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of Oklahoma and a B.A. from the University of Montana. Prior to FGCU, she held faculty roles at the University of Tulsa, University of Central Oklahoma, and West Texas A&M University, including a two-year tenure as Director of Assessment.

Her research focuses on business ethics, HR management, organizational behavior, and workplace dynamics. Notable areas include unethical behavior, transparency in HR processes, social media's impact on workplace outcomes, and counterproductive work behaviors. She has published in journals such as Human Resource Management Review and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
