Maya Dimitrova

Prof. Maya Dimitrova is a Professor of "History of Cinema" at the National Academy of Dramatic Arts and Film "Krastyo Sarafov" (Faculty of Screen Arts). She has been affiliated with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) since 1980, working in the Institute of Art Studies' Screen Arts Sector. Her academic career includes roles as a researcher, artistic director, and lecturer in film history, criticism, and mass communication.
