Maxwell Gatyas

Maxwell Gatyas is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, specializing in moral psychology with a focus on empathy and shared emotion. He teaches courses including Intro to Ethics, Contemporary Moral Issues, Environmental Ethics, and World of Ideas, a philosophy-psychology hybrid course centered on the study of happiness.
