Max Hernandez

Max Hernández is an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Engineering Management program at Northwestern University and served as adjunct faculty at Galileo University's School of Engineering and Computer Science. He holds a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern and a post-graduate degree in Computer Networks and B.S. in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Galileo University.

His academic and professional work focuses on simulation-based business training, mathematical business models, and systems integration. He has designed corporate training programs for clients like Allstate, Harley-Davidson, and Raytheon, emphasizing strategy, finance, and decision-making.

At PriSim Business War Games Inc., he serves as Vice President, developing simulation tools and instructing business applications. He previously led IT projects at Thirdwave LLC for companies including AON and American Medical Association.
