Prof Maura McAdam is a full Professor of Management at Dublin City University (DCU) Business School and the inaugural Director of Entrepreneurship at DCU. She is also affiliated with the National Centre for Family Business (NCFB), contributing to research and policy advocacy in family enterprise ecosystems.
Her expertise spans gendered entrepreneurship, digital entrepreneurship, and family business dynamics. Maura’s transformative teaching methods earned her the 2019 Irish Women’s Award for Services to Education.
