PD Dr. Matthias Neuber is a researcher in Theoretical Philosophy at the Philosophical Seminar of Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz. His work focuses on historical themes such as Kantian philosophy, Neo-Kantianism, logical empiricism, and early 20th-century American realism, alongside systematic interests in epistemology, philosophy of science, and cultural philosophy. He leads a DFG-funded project on 'American Realism in the Early Twentieth Century' (http://american-realism.de/project/) and teaches courses on topics like C.I. Lewis's epistemology.
