Prof. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Faust is a full-time Professor of Process Engineering at the Institute of Physical Process Engineering within the Saarland University of Applied Sciences (htw saar). He holds a doctorate in Nanoparticle Technology from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and has extensive industry experience at Fresenius Medical Care, where he led global R&D projects for dialyzer optimization.
