Matthew Stephen Winters

Matthew Stephen Winters is a Professor in the Department of Political Science and Director of the Center for East Asian and Pacific Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds additional affiliations with the Center for African Studies, Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, Center for Social & Behavioral Science, and Center for Global Studies. Winters earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University.
