Matthew Reynolds is a Professor of English and Comparative Criticism at the University of Oxford, serving as a Tutorial Fellow at St. Anne's College since 2014. His academic career spans key roles including The Times Lecturer at Oxford (1997–2014) and a Junior Research Fellow at Trinity College, Cambridge (1994–1997). He founded the Oxford Comparative Criticism and Translation (OCCT) research center in 2012 and edits the Legenda book series.
