Matthew Kolan is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Master's Program in Leadership for Sustainability (MLS) and the PhD Program in Transdisciplinary Leadership and Creativity for Sustainability (TLCS) at the University of Vermont's Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. He specializes in ecological leadership, power dynamics, and systems change, while also directing field ecology courses.
