Matthew Higgins is an Assistant Professor at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder, specializing in resilience, well-being, and meaningful work. He teaches communication and business, drawing on eight years of academic experience across institutions like Rice University, Claremont Graduate University, and the University of New Mexico. He is also a full-time faculty member at Central New Mexico Community College and a Research and Evaluation Associate at the Claremont Evaluation Center in California. His expertise bridges academic research with practical leadership insights gained from coaching college and professional basketball teams in 15 U.S. states and five countries, including Spain, Costa Rica, and Australia.
