Matthew Henglong Luo is a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford’s Department of Sociology and a member of the GenTime research project. He concurrently serves as a Teaching Assistant and Academic & Well-being Advisor at UCL School of Management. His research focuses on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI), careers, gender studies, social capital, family sociology, economic sociology, and the sociology of education.
