Dr Matthew Doolan is a Professor at the School of Engineering & Technology, UNSW Canberra. His research focuses on Manufacturing Processes, Innovation and Technology Adoption, and Recycling and Life Cycle Assessment.
His recent work includes:
- Investigating sustainability impacts of vehicle electrification and lightweighting.
- Advancing carbon fibre recycling through fibre architecture preservation.
- Developing dynamic life cycle assessment methodologies for shared mobility systems.
- Optimizing resistance spot welding quality monitoring in automotive manufacturing.
