Matthew Crayne

Matthew Crayne is an Associate Professor and Chair of Management at the Massry School of Business, University at Albany. He holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University (2016). His research focuses on organizational behavior with specializations in leadership dynamics, work values, social identity, and moral injury, extending to non-normative contexts like extremism and political violence.
