Dr Matthew Cook is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Worcester, School of Sport and Exercise Science. He joined in January 2017 and specializes in teaching Sports Nutrition, Research Methods, and Exercise Physiology. His research focuses on Sports Nutrition, Exercise Performance, and Muscle Damage, particularly exploring functional foods like New Zealand blackcurrant and Matcha green tea.
