Matthew Cavalli serves as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Academic Affairs and Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Western Michigan University's College of Engineering and Applied Sciences since 2018. He oversees the STEM Talent Expansion Program, manages academic advising, and coordinates undergraduate initiatives across the college. Previously, he held faculty, department chair, and administrative roles at the University of North Dakota for 14 years.
