Matthew C. Boomhower

Matthew C. Boomhower is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at the University of California, San Diego. He is also the founder and president of Southern Cross Property Consultants (SCPC), a construction management and land-use consulting firm in San Diego, and operates a boutique law practice at Boomhower Law, APC, focusing on land-use and construction law.
