Dr. Matt Schubert is a faculty member in the Department of Kinesiology at California State University San Marcos (CEHHS). As Director of the Metabolism and Applied Physiology Laboratory (MAPL), he investigates metabolic and health impacts of lifestyle interventions, particularly focusing on cannabis use, caffeine effects, and exercise interactions with high-fat meals.
